- All order transactions are final.
- No cancellation of orders once payment details have been sent to you. Fill out a form only if you’re really sure of ordering.
- BBPH will not be responsible for lost and/or damaged mails, payments or items.
- No refunds or exchanges allowed. Please make sure you input the correct sizes and quantity.
- No meetups. All items will be shipped via Xend Express.
- Shipping cost will depend on the weight of your total order. Metro Manila shipping rates ranges from 50 – 100 pesos (1 day delivery). Provincial, 85 – 180 pesos (2-3 days delivery). Start counting after getting a confirmation that it has been shipped already and not after sending your payment.
- Please wait 1-2 days to process your order. After filling up the form, you will receive the payment account details through SMS. Once payment details has been sent, please pay for your order within 3 days. We will hold your order for 3 days only.
