THE BASICS:

  • What is Big Bang?
    • Big Bang is a five-member South Korean male group under YG Entertainment. The group is composed of G-Dragon (leader), TaeYang, TOP, DaeSung and SeungRi.
  • What is YG Entertainment?
    • YG Entertainment is a South Korean record label and talent agency based in Seoul. The company specializes in producing songs with R&B and hip hop flavors.
  • What is Big Bang Philippines?
    • Big Bang Philippines also known as BBPH or VIP Philippines is the first and number one Filipino fanclub dedicated to Big Bang. For more information, please visit: http://bigbangph.org/about/ .


THE CONCERT

  • What is BIG BANG ALIVE GALAXY TOUR 2012?
    • It is Big Bang’s first world concert tour. It will have stops in China, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Philippines, Malaysia, U.S, Peru, Brazil and Europe.
  • When is the Manila leg for the concert tour?
    • The Manila stop will be on October 24, 2012 (Wednesday).
  • Where is the venue for the Manila concert?
    • SM MOA Arena

  • How can I get to the venue?
  • What time will the concert start?
    • 8pm.
  • How many hours will the concert last?
    • Just a rough estimate based on the Alive Tour Seoul Concert experience of some BBPH core members, the concert would probably last 2 hours (rough estimate only).
  • Where can I buy tickets?
    • Tickets will be available on July 22 via SM Tickets Online or you could go to SM Cinemas/SM Tickets branches nationwide.
  • When can I buy tickets?
    • Tickets will be available on July 22 until October 24 or until supplies last.
  • What kind of tickets will be available to purchase?
    • VIP Seated – 12,500
      VIP Standing – 10,000
      Lower Box A (Center) – 7,500
      Lower Box B (Sides) – 6,500
      Upper Box – 3,500 (equivalent to Upper B of Araneta)
      Gen Ad – 1,000
      ** Plus SMTicket charges (about 6-7%)
  • How many tickets can I buy?
    • You can buy as many tickets as you want.
  • Can I buy tickets for my family/friends?
    • Of course you can.
  • Can my family/friends buy tickets for me?
    • Yes. Just make sure you get it from the person who will buy for you before Oct. 24.
  • What is the seat plan for the concert?
    • We will update this once this is available from the organizers.
  • How many fans can watch the concert?
    • We will update this once this is available from the organizers.
  • Who can watch the concert? Do I have to be a member of Big Bang Philippines (BBPH)?
    • Everyone can watch the concert! Local and international fans can watch. You don’t have to be a member of BBPH.
  • I’m an international fan. How can I buy tickets?
    • Please email alivetourhelp@bigbangph.org with your Full name, Scan of your passport, contact numbers. From then, we will try our best to help you out.
  • I’m a provincial fan. How can I buy tickets?
    • BBPH initially planned on extending help towards Filipino VIPs from the provinces, but since the tickets will be available from SM Tickets, we thought that it would be easier for everyone to purchase from SMTickets branches at SM Malls nationwide.
    • So for fans from the provinces, please purchase from your local SMTickets branch at an SM Mall in your area. : )
  • What can I wear to the concert?
    • You would want to wear something light and comfortable. We expect the venue to be packed with VIPs! We suggest shirt and sneakers because you’d be jumping up and down with the boys. ?
  • What can I bring inside the venue? Can I bring support banners?
    • We have to confirm what kind of support banners we can bring in. Handmade non-LED banners will be a better option in our opinion. LED lit banners are cool and easily seen but they can distract the boys while performing.
  • Where can I buy Big Bang’s official lightstick? How can I buy? How many can I buy? Until when can I buy?
    • We are currently taking preorders of the CROWN LIGHTSTICK. Stocks will be coming directly from YG Entertainment. We are coordinating with the organizers with the final price and other details. If you want to order, please fill out this form. We will contact you via email once we have the final details.
    • Price for now is 900 pesos, but we are trying to get it at a lower price.
    • Deadline for payment is tentatively on August 15, 2012.

THE PROJECTS:

  • What are the projects that Big Bang Philippines is organizing for the concert?
  • When will the preparation for the projects start?
    • It has started since June. We have already asked for support/ donations from everyone.
      • Total amount of donation we got as of July 16, 2012 is 11,000 pesos (250 USD). We still need 64,000 pesos (1500 USD) to make this project a success. If you want to donate, please check http://bigbangph.org/alivetourproject/ to check how and what perks you will get! Deadline for the donations is still tentative – September 30, 2012.
      • The digital frame that we are going to give to the boys has been ordered online already.
      • We’re still looking for suppliers for the blue lightsticks we plan to give everyone.
  • How can I help in these projects?


THE 7TH GATHERING:

 

  • What is 7G?
    • 7G means 7th Gathering. Bigbang Philippines has been organizing gatherings since 2008. We usually have at least 1 major gathering per year and 2-3 mini get togethers to celebrate a Bigbang member’s birthday.
  • When is 7G?
    • We’re still finalizing the details but we’re planning it to be this August.
  • Where is the venue for 7G?
    • TO BE UPDATED
  • What will happen in 7G?
    • We will have games, cover group performances, a mini exhibit and viewing! More details soon.
  • Is there an entrance fee for 7G? How much are the 7G tickets? Where can I buy 7G tickets? What will the entrance fee include?
    • Yes there is an entrance fee.
    • Ticket will be 300-350 pesos.
    • Ticket price will include snacks and drink. You’ll also have a chance to win cool prizes in the raffle.
  • Will there be ticket selling for the Alive concert in 7G? Which tickets will be available for purchase?
    • Yes there will be ticket selling.
    • The type of tickets to be sold in the gathering will be decided by the organizers. To be updated.
